Job Description

We are supporting a global business in its search for a Procurement Excellence Lead to drive process optimization and governance across its Procurement function.

This role will focus on enhancing Procurement workflows, ensuring compliance, and supporting digital transformation.

Key responsibilities of the Procurement Excellence Lead:

  • Overseeing P2P processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment across the business
  • Developing and implementing best-practice Procurement policies
  • Collaborating with Procurement, Finance, and IT to streamline operations
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving process performance
  • Supporting digital initiatives to enhance Procurement effectiveness

Your profile:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Procurement, Finance, or Process Improvement
  • Strong understanding of P2P, governance, and compliance
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analysis
  • Proven ability to lead process transformation and stakeholder engagement
