EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a well-established luxury retail multi-national in its search for a Senior HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions to join the Zurich office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a strategic liaison between employees and senior management, ensuring that HR processes and initiatives are aligned with business goals.

This role focuses on delivering impactful HR solutions that enhance performance and employee engagement across various corporate departments.

Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in departments such as Finance, Legal, and HR, aligning people strategy with business priorities

  • Support change management initiatives by coaching leadership and promoting cross-functional collaboration

  • Drive employee engagement and development by enhancing performance, retention, and career progression strategies

  • Lead and implement global HR programs, working with internal stakeholders to deliver key strategic projects

Your profile:

  • Extensive HR experience (10+ years) with a strong background in partnering with corporate functions

  • Proven knowledge of and experience in Swiss labor law regulations and their practical application within international organizations

  • Strong social skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business

  • Speaks German/Swiss German to native level and fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
