SAP HCM Consultant

EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established global business as it looks to recruit a permanent SAP HCM Consultant.

As the SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for the administration, advice and support of internal customers and project teams in the area of SAP HCM.

Key responsibilities of the SAP HCM Consultant include, but are not limited to:

• Creating requirements analysis and solution specification
• 1^st and 2^nd level support for SAP HCM in cooperation with other departments
• Act as the Key User and conduct training for the department
• Management of sub-projects and participation in major projects, such as global roll out of SAP
• Act as the service manager for the SAP time management solutions
• Cross-team collaboration and coordinator of tasks with external developers

We are looking for:

• Proven background with the SAP HCM system for Switzerland or Germany
• Experience in project management and system implementation
• Change management experience and problem-solving capabilities
• SAP time and attendance knowledge
• Good knowledge of English and German
• Strong communication skills
