Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with proven experience selling to professionals within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

This is a key leadership role where you will develop and execute strategic Sales initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing Sales teams and building lasting client relationships within the engineering domain.


Key responsibilities of the Sales Director:

  • Develop and implement effective Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales professionals

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals

  • Prepare and present regular Sales performance reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior Sales leadership role

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and social skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Sales strategies

  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis
