My client is a global leader within the FMCG industry, whose portfolio brands are known for their positive impact on consumers. This role is based in Zug, Switzerland

The role
As the Senior Supply Planning Manager - IBP, you will spearhead implementation and roll out of Integrated Business Planning strategy. This role will be crucial to improving the accuracy of financial forecasting, optimising inventory management and identifying present and future risks & opportunities. You'll ensure that organisational objectives are consistently met and achieved.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic leadership, overseeing and driving the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Business Planning process across the organisation.
  • Stakeholder alignment at all levels of the organisation to develop and execute the Integrated Business Planning process, acting as a liaison between different functional areas.
  • Management of inventory levels throughout the supply chain, ensuring availability in the market, plus overall change management and budgetary alignment.

Personal Qualifications & Experience:
  • You'll be proficient in advanced planning tools, ERP systems and data analytics platforms.
  • You have previously led a transformational process in Integrated Business Planning or S&OP.
  • You have world-class strategic management and presentation skills, an analytical mindset and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders across business functions. 
  • You have 5-10 years' proven experience in S&OP/Integrated Business Planning or Sales & Operations Planning processes within a complex, global organisation.
