Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established pharmaceutical business in its search for a German-speaking Regulatory Affairs Manager.

Our client takes pride in quality in their portfolio, while improving the health of individuals globally.

Based in Zug, the role offers hybrid working with a 50/50 model.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of regulatory affairs across pharmaceutical industries and understand Swiss regulations, regulatory guidance, and policies.

Key responsibilities of the Regulatory Affairs Manager:
  • Maintaining strong relationships with various key stakeholders within the company (global) and authorities in Switzerland
  • Management of the company's labels and artwork portfolio
  • Ensuring activities are performed in compliance with Health Authority requirements and with internal company SOPs
  • Submission of applications for new products, variations, renewals, PSURs and label updates
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German (written and oral) and good English
  • Previously worked with Swiss regulations, regulatory guidance, policies, and procedures
  • Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or industry-related degree
