Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is searching for an HR & Payroll Specialist to join our client, a leader in FMCG and an expert in their field. 

As the HR & Payroll Specialist, you’ll manage HR administration and employee lifecycle processes and act as the key contact for payroll, which is processed by a third-party provider.

With an understanding of Swiss Labor laws, you will also provide HR and Payroll advisory and support to all aspects of people and culture.

As the payroll services are completed by a third party, you will ensure accuracy and timely entry for employees in Switzerland and the DACH region. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations, from onboarding new hires to offboarding leavers
  • Ensure accurate payroll data submission to our external provider and internal systems are maintained
  • Support compliance with Swiss labor laws and HR policies, keeping up to date with local legislation
  • Act as the go-to person for employee HR & payroll queries
  • Recommend and implement changes for efficiency in the HR & Payroll Process

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong HR Operations and Payroll coordination experience
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security regulations
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
