EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established energy company in its search for a Finance Business Partner to join the Zug office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s growth through in-depth financial analysis, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making support across business units.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role requiring strong analytical capabilities and the ability to operate in a dynamic, rapidly scaling environment.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:
Delivering robust financial insights to drive business decisions across key operational areas
Supporting FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Collaborating cross-functionally with senior leaders in a flat, non-hierarchical setting
Adapting to high-change environments with minimal structure, offering strategic and tactical input
Your profile:
5–10 years of experience in Finance roles such as FP&A, Business Analysis, or Controlling
Demonstrated strength in independent analysis, problem-solving, and commercial insight
Track record of thriving in entrepreneurial or fast-scaling environments with limited oversight
Comfortable adapting to evolving structures and responsibilities
