EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working on a unique opportunity for a Corporate Controller to lead the financial activities of holding entities in Switzerland.
This mid-to-senior level role requires expertise in Corporate Controlling, Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Tax.
As the Corporate Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial integrity and optimizing processes while contributing to the company’s long-term financial strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Accounting and Reporting, using Swiss GAAP and US GAAP
- Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure alignment with local regulations
- Lead financial planning processes
- Align reporting with Swiss-specific tax regulations to ensure transparency in taxable income declarations.
Candidate profile:
- Experience in Corporate Controlling or Group Accounting
- Swiss GAAP, US GAAP
- Swiss tax
- Ability to manage complex intercompany transaction, good technical knowledge, and a strategic thinker
