Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our client's team within the manufacturing sector. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting employees and management.

In this brand new role, you will provide support to the Head of Shared Services and play an integral part in supporting the company's growth plans! 

Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

  • Coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding
  • Partner with HR leadership and business units to understand needs and deliver tailored HR solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies.
  • Serve as a key contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and providing guidance
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally in a coordination capacity within manufacturing or production
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR practices
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
