SAP Workday HCM Integrations Manager New

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is collaborating with a distinguished multi-national manufacturing company to find a skilled SAP Workday HCM Integrations Manager.

This role is based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, with the option for hybrid working available.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in system integrations, particularly within Human Capital Management (HCM), to lead and manage internal integrations related to SAP Workday HCM.

Key responsibilities of the SAP Workday HCM Integrations Manager:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop seamless integrations between multiple systems using integration technologies

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration using SAP Integration Suite

• Be the main point of contact for internal integration-related issues, troubleshooting, and problem solving

• Develop robust processes and training materials to support the integration

Required experience:

• Multiple years of experience in a similar role, preferably with HCM 

• Proven experience with SAP Integration Suite

• Strong knowledge of integration protocols

• Adept problem solving and project management skills with excellent communication skills across multiple layers of seniority
