EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established industrial manufacturing company. We are searching for an SAP HCM Specialist with a Payroll focus to join the Schaffhausen office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the SAP HCM system with a primary focus on payroll processes.

You will play a key role in ensuring the system is optimized to meet operational and compliance needs, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement improvements and resolve issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities of the SAP HCM Specialist - Payroll focus:

  • Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM, particularly in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
  • Monitor and manage system configurations, updates, and testing to meet evolving operational and legal requirements
  • Train and support internal users to ensure effective use of the SAP HCM system and related tools

Your profile:

  • University degree in HR, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with SAP HCM, with a strong focus on payroll systems and processes
  • Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments in a multi-national organization
