EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established industrial manufacturing company. We are searching for an IT Application Manager - HCM Data Migration to join the Schaffhausen office.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and management of key data migration processes for human capital management (HCM) systems.

This position involves ensuring the smooth integration of data into the new system, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.

Key responsibilities of the IT Application Manager - HCM Data Migration:

  • Lead and coordinate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements and support the implementation of the HCM system
  • Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation rules to ensure a seamless migration process
  • Monitor and resolve issues during the migration lifecycle, providing expert guidance and implementing improvements as necessary

Your profile:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT Project Management, with a specific focus on HCM systems and data migration projects
  • Strong technical proficiency in data management tools, processes, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
