Sustainability Manager - Procurement New

EMEA Recruitment is supporting a global organization in the industrial sector that is looking to strengthen its Sustainability function within Procurement and Supply Chain by hiring a Sustainability Manager. 

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for implementing a Target Operating Model for Sustainability, ensuring best practices are embedded across Procurement and Supply Chain operations.

The organization is seeking a high calibre professional with experience in Sustainability Transformation within a large, complex business environment.

We are looking for a high calibre Sustainability Manager with the following skills and experience:

• Strong background in Sustainability within Procurement and Supply Chain
• Proven experience in implementing Sustainability frameworks, policies, and strategies in a large organization
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive Sustainability initiatives
• Expertise in Supply Chain Sustainability regulations, reporting standards, and ESG compliance
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering Sustainability programs
• High level of commercial awareness and understanding of Procurement best practices
• Fluent English is essential – additional languages are beneficial

The position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to take on a pivotal role in shaping sustainable Procurement practices at a global level. The role does require regular office presence.
