The key responsibilities of the Credit Analyst are:
- Financial Data Handling: Maintain accurate billing records by reconciling financial and operational data.
- Invoicing: Issue detailed invoices aligned with specific agreements and pricing.
- Accounts Management: Oversee invoice tracking and manage payment irregularities.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and correct billing discrepancies in collaboration with related departments.
- Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on billing activities and support auditing processes.
- Efficiency Improvements: Recommend enhancements to billing systems and procedures.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all billing activities comply with applicable regulations.
The qualifications required for a Credit Analyst are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
- Relevant experience in billing or financial roles, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sectors.
- Skilled in the use of financial software, with a preference for SAP.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and invoicing practices.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex issues effectively.
