This role requires strong expertise in financial controlling and business partnering, along with the ability to lead and develop a global team.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Controlling:

• Oversee group-wide financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting

• Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable insights and drive business performance

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of financial controlling systems and processes

• Manage and develop a global team, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Proven experience in financial controlling and business partnering in an international environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing global teams
