Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a growing international company in the technology industry. We are searching for a Head of Accounting to join the Finance team in Lucerne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the group’s Accounting operations and compliance framework.

This role is crucial for managing the consolidation and reporting processes, while ensuring adherence to Accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Accounting:

• Manage and improve group-wide consolidation and reporting processes, moving from manual to automated systems

• Ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP FER and other relevant Accounting standards

• Oversee statutory filings and manage balance sheets, P&L, and cashflow consolidation

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals across multiple global locations

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in consolidation, reporting, and statutory filings in a multi-national environment

• Strong knowledge of Accounting standards
• Proven track record of managing teams across multiple timezones

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
