Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Group Controller to join our client's team in Lucerne. In this key role, you will manage the financial performance globally, providing strategic financial insights, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with international standards. You will work closely with the executive team, driving financial efficiency and supporting decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities of the Group Controller:

  • Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting in line with IFRS
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
  • Drive process improvements across financial functions
  • Lead and develop a team of financial professionals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred).
  • At least 7 years of Finance experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with financial consolidation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German or other languages are an asset
