Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Director to join our client and play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of their organisation.

Key responsibilities of the Payroll Director:
  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of payroll professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic payroll initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements
  • Global Compliance: Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations and stay abreast of changes in payroll laws across various countries
  • Process Optimization: Implement efficient payroll processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall organizational performance
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with payroll operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior-level payroll leadership role within an international context
  • In-depth knowledge of global payroll regulations and compliance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with payroll systems and technology, e.g. Workday, Top of Form
