Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a multinational business in their search for a Signal Integrity Engineer to drive product development from concept to testing and manufacturing.

We are looking for a driven professional with expertise in high-speed data transmission and signal integrity to undertake the responsibility of ensuring optimal signal performance in product design.

You will be part of an exciting business committed to developing and manufacturing innovative, tailored products across a wide range of sectors, from pharmaceuticals to robotics.

Key responsibilities of the Signal Integrity Engineer:

  • Lead product development for bespoke customer projects, ensuring optimal signal integrity
  • Utilize numerical modeling and simulation tools to test and validate designs
  • Collaborate with universities and research bodies to identify and integrate new technologies
  • Support the design, characterization, and validation of interconnects, including HDMI, PCI, SPE, USB, and DisplayPort
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize signal strength and performance

Required skills/experience:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2-5+ years’ experience in a Research & Development environment, ideally in high-speed data transmission
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity principles and testing methodologies
  • Experience with numerical modeling tools such as CST, Comsol, and HFSS
  • Familiarity with wave propagation and testing tools like VNAs, TDR, and high-speed oscilloscopes
  • Fluency in English; French is an advantage
