Are you looking for an internal audit role where you can lead end-to-end audits with impact? We’re recruiting for a global company that needs hands-on, proactive auditors to take ownership of key projects.

Your responsibilities as a Lead Internal Auditor:
 
  • Leading end-to-end internal audit projects, with a strong focus on operational processes,
  • Identifying risks, uncovering process gaps, and providing practical recommendations that drive real improvements
  • Partnering with teams across the business to strengthen controls and enhance efficiency
  • Supporting management with insights and solutions that go beyond compliance to create real value

What We’re Looking For:
 
  • 10 years of internal audit experience, with exposure to operational audits in a manufacturing environment
  • A curious mindset and strong analytical skills – you enjoy digging into processes and figuring out how to make them better
  • Experience leading independent audits from start to finish, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
  • Great communication skills – you can explain complex issues clearly and build strong working relationships
  • Degree level qualifications in a related subject, additional qualifications such as CIA, CISA or CPA would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English is essential, additional languages would be beneficial
