FP&A Manager

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a leading healthcare leader in its search for an experienced FP&A Manager. 

As the FP&A Manager, you'll have strong experience in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with strategic analysis across the organization.

This role is instrumental in steering data-driven decision-making, improving financial performance, and supporting executive leadership with actionable insights. 

Duties of the FP&A Manager include:

• Provide management reports for the board and Investments team
• Review and improve existing processes
• Management of the team
• Drive transformation of reporting
• Sparring partner to the Head of FP&A 

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum of 10 years' experience within an FP&A environment in a corporate business
• Strong communication style
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Fluent in German and English
