Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established international manufacturing company. We are searching for a Treasurer to join the Switzerland-based office on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing treasury operations, including cash flow planning, foreign currency hedging, and ensuring adequate insurance coverage for the group, while also acting as a key contact for financial and risk management stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of the Part-time Treasurer:

  • Oversee cash management processes, including cash pooling, liquidity planning, and securing long-term financing solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies for currency risk mitigation and optimize treasury systems and e-banking platforms
  • Manage group-wide insurance coverage, ensuring policies meet operational needs and providing support with claims
  • Act as the primary liaison with partner banks and regional organizations on operational and strategic financial matters

Candidate profile:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Treasury, or a related field
  • Proven experience in treasury management within an international business environment
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured, goal-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and treasury management systems
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
