Treasury Manager

EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established global manufacturing company and is searching for a Treasury Manager for its Stockholm office.

As the Treasury Manager, you will manage financial risk, optimize liquidity, and support key business operations. The role includes overseeing foreign exchange risk management, executing FX trades, managing short-term funding, and delivering strategic financial insights.

Key responsibilities of the Treasury Manager:

• Manage the organization’s foreign exchange risks, executing trades and aligning strategies to mitigate currency fluctuations
• Oversee daily liquidity management and short-term funding needs, ensuring sufficient capital for smooth operations
• Lead monthly financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and updates to senior leadership regarding variances and trends
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets, advising on subsidiary funding strategies in line with the overall group objectives

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CTP) is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in treasury management, FX trading, or financial risk management, with a strong understanding of currency markets
• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and treasury management systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment
