Senior Business Controller

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established food and beverage solutions company. We are searching for a Senior Business Controller to join the Stockholm office.

The successful candidate will oversee the business case process, track machine profitability, and drive efficiency improvements within the Sales function. You will work closely with other controllers and report directly to the Head of Business Control, supporting decision-makers with critical insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Business Controller include:

• Managing and enhancing the business case model in line with evolving processes and offerings
• Analyzing and providing recommendations on the approval of business cases, focusing on machine-level profitability
• Supporting the sales team with budget preparation and tracking costs while ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Contributing to automation initiatives and collaborating on projects aimed at proactive process improvements

Your profile:

• Proven experience in business and sales controlling, ideally within an international context
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in financial systems and management
• High proficiency in both Swedish and English, with advanced Excel skills for automation and analysis
• Ability to work autonomously while providing strategic support and challenging the business where needed
