Junior Business Controller

Job Description

Our client, a well-established Food and Beverage Services company, seeks a Junior Business Controller for its Stockholm office.

The successful candidate will support financial processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and monthly closing. You will collaborate with departments like Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to monitor costs and analyze business performance. Additionally, you will dig into data to provide insights and drive decision-making.

Key responsibilities of the Junior Business Controller:

• Provide financial support to specific business areas by analyzing budget variances and tracking performance
• Conduct in-depth analysis to understand deviations in assigned budgets and offer actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost control, business case analysis, and financial reporting
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of data-driven reports with a focus on financial impact

Your profile:

• Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar discipline
• 1-4 years of experience in finance or analytical roles, with a proven ability to manage financial data and produce reports
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with tools like OneStream, SAP, Tableau, Anaplan, or similar platforms
• Fluent in both English and Swedish, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken formats
