Director of Strategic Finance

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of the fintech business by acting as a strategic and operational partner to the GM, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities of the Director of Strategic Finance:

• Manage priority work-streams, ensuring progress on critical action items and building decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize business performance and drive strategic project execution.
• Assist in developing and monitoring strategic and financial plans, including dashboards tracking financial and product metrics.
• Create and drive the fintech team’s operational rhythms, enhancing productivity and facilitating effective communication.

• Comprehensive experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, business operations, or product management.
• Expertise in payments and/or technology, with strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical matters clearly.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and manage change in a dynamic environment.
