Our client, a global leader in the sustainability business, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Financial Controller.

The position is based in Västerås, Sweden, with the option of remote part-time work.
Your responsibilities as the Business Financial Controller:
• All monthly closing as well as accounting activities will be worked upon together with the Finance Centre of Excellence department in India • Completing monthly, quarterly and annual reports of cost tracking, recharges, centre budgeting and forecasting • Preparation of important financial reporting and business planning • R&D controlling and coverage of the CAPEX plan • Conduct quality control across financial transactions and financial reporting • Completing objectives within compliance and SOX controls • Seeks to always enhance financial accounting and reporting processes and tools (Power BI, ERP/SAP)
Your background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline • 3 years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling or Accounting • Great knowledge of English and Swedish (both verbal and written) • Outstanding accounting and analytical skills • Great skills using MS Excel and ERP (ideally, SAP) • Excellent communication and social skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally • Goal-orientated with an enthusiastic attitude and problem-solving emphasis
