Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing company. We are searching for a Treasury Operations Specialist to join the Stockholm office.

The Treasury Operations Specialist will manage the organization’s foreign exchange and interest rate risks, short and long-term funding, and optimizing cash and liquidity.

Other responsibilities include reporting financial results and forecasts to management and the Board of Directors, supporting Investor Relations, and managing relationships with banks, capital markets, and rating agencies.

Key responsibilities of the Treasury Operations Specialist include:
  • Overseeing and administering the organization’s currency accounts and cash pools
  • Recording and reconciling financial transactions and maintaining financial accounting records
  • Administering the monthly netting of intercompany balances
  • Generating weekly and monthly liquidity reports and developing treasury processes

Your profile:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Treasury Operations or related roles in Corporate Treasury or banking
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset and strong interest in financial markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with systems like Kyriba, QlikSense, and AARO is advantageous
