Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with AniCura, a Veterinary Services company, seeking a Group Treasury Manager to join their Stockholm office.

As the Global Treasury Manager, you will manage global treasury processes, support markets and clinics, and oversee all financial aspects, including banking, cash management, and loan facilities.

This role is crucial in facilitating future expansion and ensuring adherence to financial policies and local legislation. You will contribute to the organization’s growth through organic development and new acquisitions, providing high-quality financial support in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities of the Group Treasury Manager include:
  • Managing M&A transactions and financing, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies
  • Overseeing earnout structures and deferred payment arrangements
  • Providing specialized financial support for various projects
  • Co-managing investment processes and preparing treasury reports for internal stakeholders

Candidate profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Over 8 years of experience in corporate treasury within an international context
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous
