EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing company. We are searching for an Operations Controller to join the St. Gallen office.

The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost analysis for the company's flagship site. This includes tracking key performance indicators, conducting variance analyses, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Key responsibilities of the Operations Controller:

• Oversee budget preparation and rolling forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning
• Conduct cost analysis, including production costs, material costs, and variance reporting
• Partner with site management to assess financial performance and recommend improvement measures
• Support ERP system enhancements and drive efficiency in financial reporting

Your profile:

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Controlling, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in operations controlling, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and BI tools such as Power BI
