As part of the growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Service Manager to join the team in Madrid.
As an IT Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and improving IT service delivery processes. You will manage IT assets, IT Service Configuration Management, ensure adherence to ITIL 4 practices, and leverage tools like JIRA to optimise workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, ensuring that our IT services align with business needs and deliver exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management and optimisation of IT service delivery in line with ITIL 4 best practices
Oversee IT asset management processes, ensuring accurate inventory, lifecycle tracking, and compliance
Utilise JIRA to manage and streamline workflows, including incident, problem, and change management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of IT services with business objectives
Develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent performance and identifying areas for improvement
Provide leadership and guidance to the IT service team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Service Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge and application of ITIL 4 framework and principles
Experience with IT asset management, including tools and processes
Proficiency in JIRA for managing IT workflows and tracking issues
