EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established global manufacturing company. We are searching for a Global HR Business Partner to join the Madrid office.

The Global HRBP will be responsible for supporting business growth and scalability by acting as a key advisor to senior management. You will also drive business performance through people strategies, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities of the Global HR Business Partner:

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions
• Lead the execution of global HR processes, including workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
• Implement and improve HR systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient self-service approach in collaboration with global, regional, and local HR teams
• Act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workforce performance

Your profile:

• Fluent in English
• Extensive HR experience, including global and local HR Business Partnering in a multinational environment
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and experience in managing relations with works councils
• Proven ability to develop leadership pipelines, succession planning, and coaching programs
• Competent and agile in unstructured and fast-paced environments
