APAC Regional Finance Lead - Exclusive New

Job Description

We are delighted to be recruiting an APAC Regional Finance Lead for a dynamic TMT company, reporting directly to and acting as business partner to C-level leadership.

This role is integral in ensuring the financial integrity, strategic insights, and smooth transformation processes for the region, post-merger integration, and Finance transformation.

Your key responsibilities as APAC Regional Finance Lead will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and managing the regional Finance team, providing direction and fostering a culture of high performance
• Offering strategic insights and financial recommendations to the CTO and CFO to drive the company's vision and transformation objectives
• Ensuring transparency in financial operations by properly managing revenues, costs, pricing, and volume effects across the region
• Aligning demand management across multi-year plans and ensuring financial targets are met in line with company objectives
• Supporting cash collection processes and handling credit note management
• Acting as a commercial partner to regional customers, providing financial expertise and advice
• Driving process improvements, ensuring the implementation of best practices for financial management across the region

Key requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications such as CPA, CFA, or a master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in financial management within a senior leadership role, with a focus on the IT sector and complex financial environments
• Strong track record of managing large-scale budgets, driving cost-saving initiatives, and maintaining financial transparency
• Experience in Finance transformation and post-merger integration initiatives
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior leadership teams and clients to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives
• Advanced proficiency with financial software systems, particularly SAP, and a strong understanding of regional financial regulations
