Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working closely with a market-leading multinational company in the Schaffhausen region to recruit an Executive Assistant. This role offers the opportunity for reduced working hours.

Our client is looking for a driven professional with strong organisational and planning skills to support multiple senior management members across various business areas.

Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Actively support the senior business leaders to manage all administrative tasks and processes efficiently and proactively
  • Manage travel: organisation of transport, itineraries, visa applications where necessary and other ad-hoc needs
  • Develop and maintain efficient working relationships with business partners
  • Participation in the Office Committee, responsible for site office meetings and events along with the general day-to-day office management support

Candidate Profile:
  • English and German proficiency are mandatory
  • Experience in a similar role, demonstrating a high level of organisational skills, is required
  • Previous experience in supporting multiple senior leaders with different styles
  • Strong attention to detail and planning skills
