Job Description

Are you a finance professional looking to make an impact in a global operations environment? We’re seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst on behalf of our client. This role begins as a fixed-term contract for 3-4 months, with the potential for a permanent role.

As the Senior Finance Operations Analyst, you will support sourcing, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic decision-making across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain functions.

As a Senior Finance Operations Analyst, your role will include:

• Develop and manage operating budgets and standard cost setting for Toll locations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyse variances, and support cost improvement initiatives
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to review and validate Toll agreements and pricing structures
• Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with month-end close activities and SOX/internal audit requirements
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, product costing, or operations finance (preferably in manufacturing/procurement)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACMA preferred)
• Strong proficiency in SAP S4, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across a matrix organization
• A mindset for continuous improvement and ability to challenge the status quo
