The Role
Reporting to the Director Supply Chain Management and working as a member of the procurement, supply chain and logistics team, this position offers a high level of autonomy and impact for indirect (non-product related) procurement across the business.
Within the role, you will be focused on procurement activities across areas including research & development, IT services, facilities and HR, all of which will require you to build strong and productive relationships both within the business and externally.
Key tasks will include:
- Supplier review, analysis and management through the building of strong relationships
- Development of procurement processes and systems
- Collection and review of quotations in collaboration with relevant functional colleagues
Currently, the role requires 5 days per week in the office. However, working patterns will be reviewed as the company grows and hybrid working may be available in the near future.
Candidate Requirements:
- Significant experience in Indirect Procurement functions and processes
- A proactive and innovative approach to challenges and solutions
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internal and external
- Fluent English language skills
