Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a growing international organisation to recruit a TA Specialist to join its HR team in Dordrecht (hybrid working is available).

In this newly created role, the TA Specialist will be responsible for hands-on recruitment and building processes that ensure a consistent approach across the business while delivering a great candidate experience.

If you enjoy working with a good level of freedom and bringing new ideas on board to enhance recruitment approaches, this position would be a great opportunity to explore!

Responsibilities of TA Specialist:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple international sites
  • Source candidates for both onshore and offshore roles
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to confirm candidate suitability
  • Develop and maintain relevant talent pools
  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment advice 
  • Implement an effective recruitment process
  • Work on employer branding initiatives
  • Involvement in projects such as ATS implementation
  • Prepare job offers and coordinate the onboarding process

Experience required:
  • Significant recruitment experience gained in a technical environment
  • Confident recruiting technical/specialist roles
  • Curious and keen to learn about the business
  • Able to use recruitment technology effectively
  • Enjoys building structure and process improvement
  • Great communicator
  • Fluent in English
