Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working a scale-up organisation in the innovative medical devices industry to recruit a Senior HR Operations Specialist for its growing HR team.

The business has recently received a significant amount of additional funding and is experiencing an exciting period of expansion.

As the Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will join a HR team in an informal and open-minded environment, where team spirit is highly valued. As the business is a scale-up, you will provide input into the continuous development of HR processes.

Responsibilities of Senior HR Operations Specialist:
  • Develop and implement efficient operational HR processes that ensure a high level of accuracy
  • Deal with all transactional aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure HR systems are kept up to date and that HR data is used effectively
  • Work with ING for 30% ruling and work permits 
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing
  • Develop HR policies and work on HR projects

Experience required:
  • Significant experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on developing HR Operational processes
  • Completed MBO+ or HBO studies in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience with Dutch legislation regarding expat matters (30% ruling, knowledge migrant scheme, work permits, etc.)
  • Fluent in English
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
