Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a technical scale-up organisation experiencing exciting growth in both the Netherlands and internationally.

To support this growth, we are looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical talent in the business, including R&D professionals and engineers.

This is a team-orientated business where colleagues support and motivate one another and offers the fast-paced environment you expect in a scale-up.

Responsibilities of Corporate Recruiter:
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practice
  • Take detailed briefs from hiring managers
  • Develop appropriate attraction strategy
  • Proactively headhunt suitable candidates and screen for relevant roles
  • Coordinate interview process
  • Feedback and offer management
  • Development of effective recruitment processes
Experience/skills required:
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles in a corporate environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent sourcing skills
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Fluent in English
