EMEA Recruitment is working with a technical scale-up organisation experiencing exciting growth in both the Netherlands and internationally.To support this growth, we are looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical talent in the business, including R&D professionals and engineers.
This is a team-orientated business where colleagues support and motivate one another and offers the fast-paced environment you expect in a scale-up.
Responsibilities of Corporate Recruiter:
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practice
- Take detailed briefs from hiring managers
- Develop appropriate attraction strategy
- Proactively headhunt suitable candidates and screen for relevant roles
- Coordinate interview process
- Feedback and offer management
- Development of effective recruitment processes
- Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles in a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent sourcing skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Fluent in English
