EMEA Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established international manufacturing business in the search for a Business Controller to strategically drive growth and business partner with manufacturing and legal teams.Working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a unique opportunity for a finance professional to step up to a strategic level.
This position will suit someone who is proactive and self-driven with good social skills and a strong technical mindset.
Hybrid working is available for this position.
The main duties of the Business Controller are:
- Support the legal and manufacturing teams as their key business partner
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and optimise collaboration between these departments
- Drive process/cost improvements across Benelux manufacturing sites
- Handle local closing and reporting
The skills required for the Business Controller are:
- Bachelor’s in finance/Controlling or related degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in business control
- Experience with Power BI
- Fluent in English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
