EMEA Recruitment is supporting a global organization in the industrial sector as it strengthens its Procurement function with the addition of a Procurement Analyst.

This role will focus on supplier performance management and procurement data analytics, supporting the wider procurement team with insights and reporting.

The organization seeks a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and experience in procurement compliance, category management, and supplier evaluation.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a hands-on role in a dynamic environment, working with senior stakeholders and driving data-led decision-making within procurement.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate with the following skills and experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, with a focus on category management and compliance
• Strong expertise in supplier performance management – must have experience rather than starting from scratch
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to analyze procurement data and generate insights
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and procurement digital tools
• Strong project management skills, with experience training others and managing procurement colleagues
• Highly analytical and detail-driven, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent English is essential – additional languages are beneficial
