EMEA Recruitment is working with a global procurement and supply chain company providing solutions for the businesses, seeking a Procurement Expert proficient in German, located in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities as the Procurement Expert:

• Negotiating and renegotiating commercial terms with suppliers and active cooperation with stakeholders
• Participating in local and global projects
• Supporting communication flow and effective process execution between the business
• Collecting of quotes, monitoring the supplier market, preparing purchasing reports and analyses, identifying and optimizing costs
• Conducting and optimizing purchasing processes and tenders

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in indirect Procurement and Consultancy
• Good level of English and German (min. B2)
• Stakeholder management experience
• Customer solutions focused and negotiations skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, openness for new (tools, systems, projects etc.) and for fast-changing environment
