Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international manufacturing company with the recruitment of Dutch-speaking Indirect Purchasing Specialists to join their SSC team in Lodz, Poland.
 
Your key responsibilities as an Indirect Purchasing Specialist:
  • Acting in the indirect spend area, focusing on both short-term and long-term opportunities (strategic sourcing)
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively seeking opportunities to reduce costs & improve efficiency
  • Collaborating with the business to develop strategies and tactics that provide the company with a competitive advantage in technology or cost
  • Performing operational procurement tasks
  • Managing contracts, driving contract and price negotiations, and preparing and conducting tenders for the categories in scope
  • Supporting the local implementation of global initiatives and the Coupa system

About you:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (Indirect Procurement)
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (min. B2/C1 level)
  • Advanced Excel skills, and SAP tool experience
  • Excellent purchasing skills (negotiations, stakeholder management etc.)
  • University degree or training relevant to procurement would be an advantage
  • Coupa Source-to-Pay experience would be beneficial
