Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international manufacturing company in its search for a Dutch-speaking Coupa Implementation Specialist to join their SSC team in Lodz, Poland.
 
Your key responsibilities as the Coupa Implementation Specialist:
  • Participating in the local implementation of global initiatives and the Coupa system, suggesting and testing new solutions. You will collaborate with the business to create new strategies and tactics to improve daily work
  • Manage the indirect spend area, focusing on short-term and long-term opportunities (strategic sourcing)
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, actively seeking opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, generate revenue through productivity initiatives, or expand geographical coverage and product portfolios
  • Performing operational procurement tasks
  • Managing contracts, driving contract and price negotiations, and preparing and conducting tenders for the categories in scope
 
About you:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Indirect Procurement role
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (min. B2/C1 level)
  • Advanced Excel skills, SAP and Coupa Source-to-Pay tool experience
  • Excellent purchasing skills (negotiations, stakeholder management etc.)
  • University degree or training relevant to procurement would be an advantage
