Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is supporting a global leader in the cocoa and chocolate sector, which is currently undergoing a digital transformation. As part of this journey, they seek a Senior IT Business Analyst to drive the design and implementation of digital pricing solutions within their sourcing operations.

This role bridges business needs with IT solutions, working closely with stakeholders across Europe (Belgium, Switzerland) and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior IT Business Analyst:

  • Translate business needs into technical solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create and document solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards
  • Ensure digital pricing solutions meet user requirements and architectural guidelines.
  • Support technical specifications, risk assessments, and architectural changes
  • Guide development teams, providing direction on software and system architecture
  • Present clear, actionable solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support tender processes and ensure security compliance during rollouts
  • Collaborate with global teams and travel internationally


Your Profile:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solution architecture, IT project management, or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems and integration tools
  • Familiarity with software engineering and architecture principles
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies (JIRA preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passionate about digital transformation and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
