Power BI Lead

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is searching for a Power BI Lead to join our client's Kraków-based team. The company is a global sustainability leader providing articles and solutions for the cleaning and sanitizing industry.

Your Key Responsibilities as the Power BI Lead: 
  • Lead the implementation of BI tools and systems within the sales and finance organization, ensuring they meet regional business needs (incl. drafting and aligning the strategy between global and regional stakeholders)
  • Work closely with IT specialists to customize BI solutions that support financial strategies and business objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of BI projects, delivering them on time and within budget
  • Provide guidance on financial data analysis, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies
  • Champion continuous improvement in business processes through the innovative use of BI technologies

Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in Finance and BI tool implementation
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and modeling
  • General knowledge of SAP CO-PA (Controlling-Profitability Analysis), SAP BEx (Business Explorer) Analyzer, and master data most used items (customer hierarchies, field organization)
  • Experience with BI software such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar (knowledge of SQL is an asset)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects with multiple stakeholders
