Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international manufacturing company with the recruitment of a Senior FP&A Analyst for its SSC team in Lodz, Poland.

Your key responsibilities as the Senior FP&A Analyst:

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in raw material positions, with a focus on global pricing trends, key customers, and factors influencing valuation changes
  • Calculating profits from raw material transactions, conducting inventory valuations, and preparing reports and presentations with accurate and actionable insights for the Finance Business Partner and Regional Sourcing Lead
  • Supporting FP&A and risk management tasks related to P&L and balance sheet outcomes, assisting in reconciling gross margins during the regional end-of-month closing
  • Delivering standardized analytics and reports, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to facilitate corrective actions
  • Providing ad-hoc analyses for new sourcing projects and offering relevant data insights to support informed decision-making
  • Promoting best practices in analytics and reporting
  • Continuously improving workflows and expanding the scope and strategic impact of the role

Candidate profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis
  • Fluency in English (min. B2/C1 level)
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and reporting capabilities
  • Availability to work in Lodz (hybrid model)
