R2R Technology Lead - Exclusive

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a well-established international company with a great brand reputation. We are searching for a Record to Report (R2R) Technology Lead to join the corporate team in Kraków, working on a hybrid basis (remote position + 30% of travelling).

In this role, you'll be responsible for digitalising the R2R processes, taking ownership of the technical design of process solutions and ensuring seamless integration with related processes.

Your responsibilities as the R2R Technology Lead:
  • Leading IT change control boards to obtain approval for system changes from process owners
  • Setting up a strong escalation procedure for solution maintenance in cooperation with Information Systems and operations teams
  • Possessing the ability to comprehend current system capabilities and to conceptualise and implement automated internal controls within the process
  • Engaging with technology colleagues and Process Owners to manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts and costs

Requirements:
  • Over 8 years of experience in the fintech sector, including expertise in process and technical design (Background in BPO/Technology outsourcing is beneficial)
  • Possession of a CISA or a similar qualification is considered an advantage
  • Understanding of ICOFR internal controls framework, technical control design
  • Proven experience in technology leadership roles, especially in process digitalisation within finance or Record to Report (R2R) settings
  • Demonstrated skills in developing and executing technology strategies and solutions
