EMEA Recruitment is working within an international business going through an exciting period of growth. The company has created a new Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion Lead role to help drive a great culture across the organisation.
Based at the international headquarters in Zwaagdijk, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a highly dynamic business.
The business has a hybrid working policy, allowing you to work from the office for three days and remotely for two days each week.
Responsibilities of Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and Lead:
Project manage the execution of company Employee Engagement Survey
Analyse the results and work with the business to create relevant action plans
Implement the strategy to promote D&I in the organisation
Review and develop D&I policies to ensure they meet the needs of a diverse workforce
Develop and coordinate awareness campaigns, training and events for all employees on D&I topics
Implement wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
Manage talent growth tracks across the business including programmes for trainees and management level
Experience/skills required:
Strong experience Employee Engagement
Able to manage engagement survey on a significant scale
Knowledge of the latest trends in the D&I space and related legislation
Able to drive a great culture through wellbeing initiatives
Great communicator
Delivers at high pace
Thrives in a highly dynamic environment
Fluent in English
